"Sit down" training

Once your dog learns to obey the command "come here", you can teach it how to sit.

Step 1: Grip the traction belt with your right hand; let the dog under the control of your right hand. Call your dog's name and let it come to you, and then show it food in your hand.

Step 2: When the dog is near to you, you can slowly shake   the food around its head. It will naturally sit down in order to gaze at the food..

Step 3: When it begins to bend the legs, you can order it with the command "sit" (only once).

Step 4: If the dog refuses to sit down, you can pull collar upward with your right hand, simultaneously push down its rear with your left hand. But the strength of pulling up is greater than the strength of the downward pressure, while keep traction pulling force forward. 
    
Step 5: After the dog sits down, you can unloosen traction belt. When the dog well completes this action each time, please reward it and caress it. It is important to maintain calm and not to let the dog over-excited.

Step 6: If the dog sit and then stand up, you can order it to sit the original location, and then reward it.

"Sit down and don't move "training

"Sit down and don't move" is the most basic way to express the formation of ownership of dog.  And this command is also the most effective order when you go outside with your dog.   Choose a quiet interior place to train 15 minutes each time.  Do not expect the dog will soon be subject to this Order.

Step 1: show your dog its favorite snacks with your right hand.  When the dog looks at food, order it to "sit down."

Step 2: maintain traction with an appropriate tension, step forward your right foot and order the dog "don't move."

Step 3: praise the dog and then slowly walk around it. Don't loosen traction belt, then you're unnecessary to repeat the command.

Step 4: After a few training class, the dog has learned to follow the belt to sit down. Now release the traction belt, and repeat the above steps. When the dog can perform well, give it an appropriate praise.

Step 5: If the dog begins to move, you can seize the collar with your left hand and hold down its back to order it to sit down with your right hand.
